It’s something you can intentionally design and create by aligning your mindset, choices, and actions with your desired experience. 1. Get Crystal Clear on What You Really Want

Have you ever asked yourself, “What would I absolutely love for my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum?”


Most people don’t pause long enough to dream or design their ideal experience—they just go with the flow and hope for the best. But here's the truth: Clarity creates direction. When you know what you want, you’re already one step closer to achieving it.


Action Step:

- Take 10-15 minutes to journal this: If my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum could go exactly how I would love—what would it look like?

- Write down your vision in clear, detailed, and positive language.
