🌸 1. Start a Daily Gratitude Journal

Before bed or first thing in the morning, write down 3–5 things you're grateful for. Big or small. Gratitude shifts your brain’s focus and literally boosts the feel-good chemicals.


Create one positive affirmation and say it aloud morning and night. (Something like: “I am calm, capable, and deeply connected to my baby.”)But don’t just say it—feel it. Let the words fill your heart.


🌸 3. Pause, Breathe, Reframe

When anxiety or fear creeps in, pause. Breathe in through your nose… out through your mouth like you're blowing through a straw. Then shift your attention to something that brings you joy—music, nature, a memory, your baby's kicks.

This pause can rewire an old emotional reaction and begin to replace it with a new one.

Your nervous system loves repetition. The more you do this, the easier it becomes. You’re not just calming your mind—you’re modeling resilience and emotional strength for your baby.
